WAYNESBORO HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF 1961: Our 50th Reunion is planned for the weekend of October 14-16, 2011. Please make an effort to come back and reconnect with friends from our school days.
FRIDAY EVENING:
TAP ROOM AT WAYNESBORO COUNTRY CLUB – 6 to 11PM – ALL CLASSES ARE WELCOME TO JOIN US, ESPECIALLY 1957-1961!!
Casual menu of Chicken Wings-$6.95/ Quesadilla-$7.95/ Chicken/Tenders-$7.75/
Hamburger-$5.95/ ½ lb. Steamed Shrimp-$10.95 along with your favorite drink.
The Tap Room, located downstairs at the Club, is open only to our group and payment for food and drinks must be made by CREDIT CARD ONLY…NO DEBIT CARD, NO CASH, and NO CHECKS!
SATURDAY MORNING:
11 AM, Tour of Waynesboro High School-meet in front of school.
Downtown Waynesboro: Come back and see Downtown Waynesboro and its efforts to renew itself…
For those who want to gather for lunch, we will meet downtown at the Green Leaf Restaurant (old Southern Inn Restaurant) .
1:30 to 2:30 – Guided tour of, soon to be opened, Wayne Theatre. Check out websites,
www.waynetheatre.org and www.classinthewayne.org
1:00 to 5:00 – Waynesboro Heritage Museum, on the corner of Main and Wayne, offers interesting history of Waynesboro’s by-gone years. It’s worth a look.

6-7 PM- Cocktails 7-9 PM-Heavy Hors D’oeurvres 9-11 PM- Socializing
SUNDAY MORNING:
8:30 AM- SHELTER AT RIDGEVIEW PARK (SWIMMING POOL ON MAGNOLIA AVE.) – Bring your own coffee/breakfast from Starbucks,McDonalds/Hardies. Bathroom Facilities available.
